证券事务：统筹A股信息披露及三会运作，确保合规高效；主导再融资、股权激励等资本运作项目；维护投资者关系，传递公司价值，助力市值健康增长；建立海外重大事项同步披露机制，规避监管风险。
4、财务管控：建立健全海外子公司预算、成本、内控体系；审核海外项目重大合同及税务筹划方案。
任职要求：
1、全日制硕士及以上学历，财务、金融、经济相关专业；上海财经大学优先。
2、10年以上工作经验，其中至少3年上市公司财务总监/投资总监或投行MD级别经验。
3、主导过至少2单投资并购或融资项目（需提供案例简述）。
4、有医药/化工行业背景者优先。
5、具备英语听说读写能力，能审阅英文法律协议。
6、具备全局视野、极强抗压能力，能接受海外出差。
