岗位职责：
1、承接各PM部门MOSFET新品晶片、Second source晶片封装评估NPI导入；
2、APQP程序主导及推进，新产品制程封装评估开发工作；
3、负责晶片及主要物料样品的评估及可靠性验证，针对评估中制程及可靠性失效状况进行分析并进行DOE验证改善；
4、新封装品导入制程后与各部门完成技术交接、并对封装相关残余问题追踪、改善；
5、熟悉半导体封装制程：Die Bonding，Wire Bonding (KS铝线铝带机&铜线机精通者优先) ，MOS产品测试；
6、撰写和更新晶片开发相关制程管制文件；
7、配合IATF16949\TS16949等体系相关工作；
8、配合QC080000体系工作，确保评估产品/原物料符合HSF要求，制订及实施HSF过程控制，并结合实际及时调整；
9、安全生产、职业危害防治责任见《安全生产责任制》、《职业危害防治责任制度》；
任职要求：
1、大专及以上，应用电子相关专业、熟悉使用Minitab，JMP数据分析软件；
2、5~10年年以上MOSFET等分离器件塑封工艺NPI开发经验；
3、MOSFET相关封装如TO、DFN类封装制程经验或掌握Assembly全制程经验者优先；
4、需对Lead frame、Clip、Solder paste、Epoxy、Al wire、Ribbon、Cu/Ag wire、EMC等封装原物料特性、运用等具备丰富经验，以利于在实际设计中充分考量封装需求及风险；
5、需对MOSFET产品的电气特性、AEC-Q1O1老化方案具备经验；
6、需具备良好的语言表达、跨部门沟通及组织协调能力，以利于项目开发及推进工作
