5、对高并发、高负载、高可用场景下微服务架构设计、研发、治理有实际项目经验，熟悉微服务架构的治理要点和痛点并有相应的解决方案，能够进行核心算法，插件，框架的编写。
6、对Spring Cloud的相关组件，包括网关、认证、服务发现等熟练掌握，熟悉分布式缓存、消息、数据分析等中间件，包括但不限于Redis、Zookeeper、MongoDB、RabbitMQ、Kafka、ELK等。
7、熟悉常用的linux命令，能够独立完成部署调试。
8、对容器技术熟练使用（Docker或K8s）。
9、熟悉一项前端开发技术，如Vue、React等。
