2、掌握大模型开发全流程（如 GPT、Claude、Gemini、DeepSeek等）的原理与应用。
3、掌握Python及主流AI框架（如Agnet-CrewAI与 LangGraph）
4、具备独立完成复杂项目的能力，包括设计、开发、业务跟进，具有 Owner 意识与自驱力。
5、具备AI产品思维，能快速将技术能力转化为用户可感知的产品价值
