岗位职责：
1、负责现金贷、信用卡系统风控能力建设以及系统升级迭代。积极与其他团队沟通和配合，推动项目进展，讨论并提出有建设性的意见。
2、参与并完成风控平台基建研发，完善平台功能，包括决策引擎、特征平台、核身、模型、名单、图数据库、监控平台等多个方向。
3、提升风控系统的效率、可维护性、稳定性。

任职要求：
1、3年及以上互联网系统设计研发经验；
2、Java基础功底扎实，深刻理解内存模型、网络通信、多线程等理论知识，对JVM原理有深入的了解；
3、熟悉大型分布式系统的设计与开发，熟练掌握如消息队列、ES、redis、MySQL、NoSql等中间件，熟悉其原理和优化；
4、对于高并发、高稳定可用性、高性能、大数据处理有过实际项目产品经验者优先；
5、熟悉drools、conductor、activiti 等组件者优先；
6、有信贷风控、决策引擎、规则引擎、特征平台等项目经验优先。
