7.全流程跟进合作项目，包括选号、议价、合同签订、内容审核、投放监测及结案复盘；
8.把控合作ROI，定期输出商务合作效果报告，提出优化方案。

任职要求：
1.3年以上短视频平台（抖音为主）商务或媒介经验，美妆/个护行业资源丰富者优先；
2.熟悉抖音流量分发机制、达人分级体系及合作报价行情；
3.有爆款美妆短视频案例资源或操盘经验者加分；
4.懂内容：能快速判断达人内容质量与品牌匹配度，具备基础短视频脚本策划能力；
5.强商务：擅长谈判压价，能平衡达人诉求与品牌预算，实现资源*大化；
6.数据敏感：熟练使用蝉妈妈、新抖等工具分析达人数据，决策理性；
7.网感好，对美妆流行趋势（成分党、仿妆、沉浸式护肤等）有敏锐度；
结果导向，适应快节奏，能同时推进多线程任务。
8.加分项：自身有美妆垂类抖音账号运营经验；熟悉抖音电商（直播、商品卡等）协同玩法。
