工作职责:
1、根据市场订单要求，确认排产计划，落实传达至生产部门和各职能部门并明确交货日期；
1. Finalize production schedules based on marketder requirements, communicate clearly to production cross-functional departments with confirmed delivery dates;
2、负责生产计划的综合平衡工作，合理安排，节约各项资源，降低制造成本，提高生产效率；
2. Optimize production planning through capacity balancing to maximize resource utilization, reduce manufacturing costs enhance productivity;
3、及时跟踪生产进度和品质状况，调整生产计划保证客户交期，及时反馈预防可能出现的问题；
3. Monitproduction progress quality performance in real-time, adjust schedules to meet customer deadlines, provide proactive issue prevention feedback;
4、负责下达月、周指导性生产计划，实施生产过程监控，达成出货要求；
4. Issue monthly/weekly production planning directives, execute production process surveillance to fulfill shipment commitments;
5、做好订单评审工作，确认生产物料采购和供应情况，合理调整生产计划；
5. Conductder feasibility reviews, verify material procurement status, make schedule adjustments accordingly;
6、跟踪确认订单交付情况，及时处理呆滞物料，提高库存周转率。
6. Trackder fulfillment status, promptly address slow-moving inventory to improve stock turnover ratio.
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，专业不限；
1.Bachelors degree higher, majis not limited;
2、5年以上大型制造业PMC管理岗位相关工作经历；
2.5+ years relevant working experience in PMC management positions in large manufacturing enterprises;
3、擅长多品种小批量行业的生产计划管理经验，灵活应对订单紧急变化；
3.Professional in PMC management experience in multi-variety small-batch industries;
4、熟练使用SAP、MES、WSM等操作系统。
