2、3年实际开发经验，精通Java语言，数据结构；
3、熟悉Springboot，Springcloud，Spring, Spring MVC, MyBatis等主流开发框架；
4、熟悉分布式运算，网络架构，服务器，中间件，DB，缓存，存储解决方案，消息、搜索等优先；
5、熟练掌握SQL编程；熟悉SQLServer及mysql等数据库中的其中至少一种；熟悉数据库设计、存储过程，触发器者优先；
6、熟悉Tomcat、Apache、Nginx等主流应用服务器的配置和部署；
7、熟悉Redis，Memcached等缓存框架；
8、熟练使用Idea，Eclipse等开发工具，以及Git、Jenkins等代码管理和发布工具；
9、了解HTML，JavaScript、Ajax、JQuery、CSS等web前端技术，掌握至少一种前端开发框架（react，vue等）；
10、具备良好而规范的设计和技术文档编写能力，拥有良好的编写代码习惯；
11、良好的分析，沟通表达能力。
