Responsibilities
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable statutory regulations company standards related to the maintenance, preventive maintenance, modification, inspection of engines components, ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved airworthiness quality standards;
• Comply with company EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety), ITC (International Trade Compliance), Code of Ethics policies, as well as all applicable regulatory requirements;
• Act as the Customer Support focal point fV2500 engine programs, responsible foverall coordination management of assigned customer projects;
• Build maintain long-term, stable relationships with customers (e.g., airlines, lessors);
• Execute Customer Support (CS) strategies to support the achievement of company sales EBIT targets;
• Support contract execution, including understanding contractual terms, identifying risks, tracking fulfillment;
• Ensure all work is performed strictly within the approved Capability List Repair Station Operation Specifications;
• Assist the Customer Support Manager in ensuring that customer products components meet requirements in terms of quality, cost, turnaround time (TAT);
• Coordinate pre-shop visit activities, including workscope evaluation, technical requirement alignment, customer expectation management;
• Serve as the primary interface with customers fboth technical commercial matters, coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Production, Supply Chain;
• Communicate effectively with customers on engine workscope, repair progress, LLP replacement, repair solutions, warranty matters, invoicing, payments, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements;
• Track the full engine shop visit process (EHM / Shop Visit) provide timely updates on status key milestones;
• Handle customer complaints AOG/urgent requests efficiently, driving issues to closure;
• Support quotation, excess work, change management processes, ensuring commercial clarity customer approval;
• Promote the company’s engineering capabilities support business development with potential customers;
• maintain customer master data project information in SAP;
• MonitWork-In-Progress (WIP) jobs follow up on prolonged cases to ensure timely completion;
• Participate in engine induction/entry meetings collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Materials, other support functions;
• Act as the liaison between customers production teams during project execution to ensure requirements are clearly understood implemented;
• Work with relevant departments to implement corrective preventive actions (CAPA) arising from quality audits compliance monitoring;
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree above in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, a related field (preferred);
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the aircraft engine manufacturing MRO industry, with a strong technical background (preferred);
• 2 years of experience in customer support, account management, related roles, preferably with airline MRO interface experience; (preferred)
• Familiarity with V2500 (preferred) CFM56 engine overhaul processes, workscope management, market environment;
• Good understanding of key engine MRO elements, including workscope evaluation, LLP management, TAT control, warranty processes;
• Strong data analysis skills (e.g., Excel, Python) solid business/market awareness with a customer-oriented mindset;
• Excellent communication, coordination, presentation skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration;
• Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in handling customer complaints complex issues;
• Good time management ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously;
• Project management experience with demonstrated coordination leadership capability (preferred);
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, aligned with company values culture;
• Willingness to travel as required;
• CET-4 above, with good English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, writing;
• Proficient in MS Office relevant systems (e.g., SAP);
• Familiar with engine overhaul component repair processes;
• Familiarity with CAAC regulations is a plus.
