岗位职责：
1、负责安全、环保、职业健康、危废等EHS台账、制度及资料归档管理，确保资料完整合规可追溯。
2、统计EHS日常数据，编制各类报表，完成对内汇报及政府平台申报工作。
3、组织筹备安全培训、消防演练、安全月等专项活动，完善培训与活动档案。
4、开展厂区隐患排查，跟踪整改落实，完成隐患闭环管理与资料留存，协助完成现场EHS检查工作。
5、协助职业健康管理工作，组织员工职业体检，建立、更新员工职业健康档案，跟进体检异常人员复查情况。
6、负责环保、消防、特种设备及危废转移资料整理归档，配合监管部门及第三方检查。
7、协助ISO14001、ISO45001、安全生产标准化体系内审与外审资料筹备。
8、负责部门日常事务、文件传达、会议记录，完成安环相关工作；
9、完成上级领导安排的工作事宜。

任职岗位：
1、大专及以上学历（学历毕业证学信网可查实）；
2、熟练使用Office办公软件，擅长Excel台账制作与数据统计；
3、做事细心严谨、有责任心，具备良好的文书整理与资料归档能力；
4、具备基本沟通协调能力，服从工作安排，执行力强；
5、有工厂EHS、安全文员经验者优先。
