岗位职责
①　根据公司产品需求，原理图与结构图进行PCB Layout设计及布局；
②　绘制PCB Layout过程中发现问题及时反馈，并修改；
③　负责输出公司产品PCB板生产过程中所需的工艺、工装等文件的归档工作；
④　负责公司产品PCB板制作、以及生产过程中反馈的问题进行整改设计及布局；
⑤　对PCB生产工艺、PCB安规设计要求、EMC要求有一定了解,；
⑥　完成领导交办的其他任务；
2.任职要求：
①　电子或通讯类相关专业，本科及以上学历，从事过分析仪器Layout工作优先考虑；
②　具备扎实的模拟和数字电路基础知识，熟悉常用元器件特性及应用；
③　精通使用Altium Designer（AD16版本以上）绘制PCB板，熟练运用candense；
④　熟悉DSP、FPGA、ARM等IC元器件 Layout设计；
⑤　有模拟信号、高速信号、电源、射频等领域的Layout设计实操经验；
⑥　良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够与跨部门团队有效协作。
⑦　对新技术有持续学习的热情，能够快速适应行业变化并应用于工作中。
⑧　吃苦耐劳，具有责任心和事业心
