（一）岗位职责
1、Java后端开发：参与公司工业软件产品（如PLM/QMS/智能制造平台/设计工具集成）的后端模块设计、编码实现与性能优化。
2、AI能力集成：参与Java后端与AI能力的融合开发，包括大模型API接入、RAG检索增强、Agent工作流编排等方向的工程实现。
3、数据处理与服务化：参与多模态数据（文本、CAD图纸、工艺参数等）的处理管道开发，以及AI推理服务的接口封装与性能调优。
4、业务场景落地：与产品、业务顾问协作，理解制造业务流程，将AI能力转化为工业智能体功能（如智能图纸检索、智能工艺推荐、智能排程等）并落地。
5、技术实践：在实际项目开发中学习并运用AI编程工具（如Claude Code、Cursor、GitHub Copilot等提高开发效率）。

（二）任职要求
1、学历专业：2026/2027届本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、人工智能、大数据技术等相关专业。
2、Java基础扎实：熟练掌握Java编程语言，理解面向对象编程思想，熟悉常用数据结构和算法。
3、后端框架认知：了解Spring/SpringBoot框架基本使用，理解其核心原理（如IoC、AOP）。
4、数据库基础：了解Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL等关系型数据库，能编写SQL语句。
