【岗位职责】
1.目标客户开发与拓展：负责天津区域的潜在商家（零售、餐饮、美业、教育、生活服务等）的开发，通过线上线索挖掘、电话、线下面访等建立有效客户池。
2.需求挖掘与方案呈现：与KP进行深度沟通，为客户量身定制专业的私域运营解决方案；进行产品演示、方案讲解和传递价值，助力商家提升经营效率。
3.商务谈判与签约：主导商务谈判，灵活运用销售策略，推动合作意向达成。
4.跨部门协作：与客户成功、市场部门紧密协作，确保客户从签约到启动的顺畅过渡，为后续客户成功和增购打下基础。
【任职要求】
1.大专及以上学历，1年以上销售经验，具备SaaS软件销售、电商平台销售、互联网广告销售、企业服务销售经验者优先；有天津本地生活服务、零售、连锁、美业、教育等行业客户资源或销售经验者优先。
2.具备强烈的目标导向和结果导向，出色的客户开发、需求挖掘、商务谈判、逼单能力，有独立完成复杂销售的经验。
3.对零售行业、私域流量运营、SaaS有基本认知和浓厚兴趣，能快速理解不同行业商家的经营逻辑和痛点。
4.优秀的沟通表达能力和学习适应能力，能快速掌握复杂产品知识和行业动态，适应互联网行业的快节奏变化。
