岗位职责：
1、项目交付与部署：负责公司软件产品在现场的部署、升级、配置与调试，确保系统稳定运行；
2、客户支持与沟通：作为技术接口，直接对接客户，深入理解业务需求，收集、分析和反馈现场问题及优化建议；
3、问题诊断与解决：独立处理项目运维中的技术难题，复现故障并完成初步诊断，协助开发团队提供详细的日志、数据等支持；
4、系统联调与集成：负责软件系统与现场硬件设备（如PLC、打印机、喷码枪等）的联调与集成测试，确保软硬件协同工作（主要是软件端）；
5、运维与培训：为客户提供必要的系统操作培训，编写简单的技术文档，并承担系统的日常运维保障工作。

岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，计算机专业，拥有2年以上现场软件开发、交付或技术支持经验；
2、具备软件与生产线硬件联调的实战经验，熟悉生产现场作业流程；有工程机械、能源管道、海工造船、智能制造等离散制造行业背景者优先；
3、具备扎实的Java和C#编程基础，熟悉SpringCloud分布式框架；
4、熟练操作MySQL、SQL Server等主流数据库，熟练掌握增删改查及数据维护；
5、精通Linux常用命令，能独立完成Java/.NET服务、Nginx的部署、更新与运维；
6、熟悉PLC、喷码枪、打印机等至少一种现场设备的集成与通信原理，具备软硬件结合的问题解决能力；
7、能够适应频繁出差，具备出色的客户沟通能力、团队协作精神和强烈的责任心。
