岗位职责：
1、参与系统设计工作，并编写相关技术和设计文档；
2、解决项目部署过程中出现的技术问题与难题，并制定技术合理化建议，定期进行项目技术分析；
3、充分理解业务需求，并结合需求进行功能规划和设计，满足用户交互要求；
4、负责功能模块后端开发编码、调试、单元测试工作，并确保开发质量与进度；
5、参与新技术预研并做培训；完成上级交代的其他任务。
任职要求：
1、计算机或相关专业毕业，6年以上项目开发经验；
2、扎实的Java基础，具有扎实的程序设计基本功，良好的编码素养，能够独立完成功能模块的架构设计开发；
3、掌握Spring/SpringBoot/SpringCloud/JPA相关技术；
4、熟悉各类AI模型部署、调用，清楚AI模型调优方式；
5、熟悉数据库技术，如MySQL、达梦、人大金仓等，良好的SQL编写能力，有一定数据库设计能力，有非结构化数据库开发经验优先；
6、熟练使用Redis、RabbitMQ、Kafka等中间件；
7、熟悉Linux Shell、Docker、Kubernetes，了解人工智能技术原理优先；
8、具有优秀的学习能力、分析处理问题能力以及团队协作精神，适应短期出差。
