一、主要职责
1、MTK平台 Bring-up：LK / U-Boot → Linux Kernel → Android 基础系统启动（init、挂载、分区、OTA 基础）。
2、核心外设驱动适配与稳定化：LCD、Touch、Audio、WiFi/BT、USB、充电、按键、传感器等（基于内核驱动 + DTS）。
3、Android 底层整合：HAL/HIDL/AIDL、SELinux、init.rc、prop、overlay、编译配置（Make/Soong/Kbuild）、客制化目录结构。
4、4G/Modem 相关适配把关：RIL 日志分析、APN/数据/信号/拨号类问题定位、知道哪些是 modem 侧、哪些是 Android 侧。
5、稳定性/功耗/休眠唤醒问题初步定位：suspend/resume、wakeup source、低功耗测量思路、死机/重启/ANR 初步归类。

二、任职要求
1、本科及以上，电子/计算机/自动化等相关专业。
2、至少有 MTK 平台 Android BSP 从 bring-up 到量产（或接近量产）的完整项目经历（平台不限，如 MT676x/MT678x/MT816x/MT818x 等）。
3、能独立进行 Linux 字符/平台驱动开发，熟悉：DTS/DTSI、pinctrl、regulator、clock、interrupt、I2C/SPI 外设驱动流程。
4、熟悉 Android 编译系统与客制化方式（project config、device mk、kernel defconfig、overlay 等）。
5、熟练使用日志与调试手段：kernel log、logcat、dmesg、寄存器查看、简单抓包思路，能从日志判断问题大致层级。
6、能读懂硬件资料（datasheet、schematics 关键页），与硬件工程师高效对齐：供电、时序、引脚、I2C 地址、中断等。
