岗位职责：
1.负责冷镦螺母模具设计；
1.1 接收螺栓、螺母新产品模具设计任务；
1.2 依据产品图纸，制定产品工艺路线，制定产品成型工艺；
1.3 依据成型工艺选择合适的设备，设计模具，并绘制模具图纸；
1.4 制定工装清单、刀具清单、量具清单、填写初次订购数量；
1.5 制定材料消耗定额。
1.6 新产品评估、和客户技术交流；
1.7 量产模具寿命改善。
2.工艺文件制作及校对
2.1 制定成型、机加工工艺指导书，及委外技术要求； 2.2 制定成型、机加工检验指导书；
2.3 校对其他设计人员的清单、图纸、作业指导书；
2.4 现场新产品调试、总结、整改新品调试中产生的技术问题； 2.5 依据《模具试产确认单》并与现场人员确认，作为转量产的依据。
3.新品调试及工艺整改;
3.1 现场技术问题的解决、产品的确认；指导操作人员调试新品；
3.2 不断整改自己所负责客户的产品的工艺、模具，达到*优；
3.3 参与新品开发时设备需求的考察、选型；
3.4 参与现场异常模具的判定。
4.其他及领导交办任务;
4.1 ERP新产品基本资料的建档、审核；
4.2 参与新产品开发时工艺、成本分析及与顾客的沟通、交流.
