1.大学本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年及以上相关工作经验，至少参加过两个大中型软件系统开发项目；

2.精通SpringMVC、MyBatis、SpringBoot、SpringCloud等常用开发框架，具有较扎实的Java编程经验，对使用过的框架能了解到它的原理和机制；

3.熟悉基本的Java设计模式，对面向服务的开发体系有一定的理解；

4.熟练使用Mysql、Oracle、Sqlserver等关系型数据库，精通数据库设计，对SQL优化有一定经验；

5.熟悉并掌握常用的数据结构和算法，熟悉Linux命令，能编写shell脚本；

6.熟悉大数据相关技术如Hadoop、HBase、Hive、ElasticSearch、Spark、Flink等技术者优先；

7.具有大流量、高并发、高性能的分布式系统的研发、维护、调优经验；

8.对JVM有一定的理解，熟练使用Linux操作系统，熟悉Tomcat、Nginx等开源的服务器的配置和调优；

9.思路清晰，具有良好的编程习惯，善于学习；

10.性格积极乐观，有较强的语言表达和沟通能力，具备强烈的进取心、求知欲及团队合作精神。
