岗位职责

1、协同技术部门按APQP（先期产品质量策划）流程开展新产品质量策划，参与设计评审、FMEA（失效模式与影响分析）编制及控制计划制定，确保开发流程符合质量管理体系要求。
2、主导产品开发阶段的质量风险识别，跟踪试制、小批产过程中的问题点，推动责任单位完成技术与管理双闭环改善，并验证措施有效性。
3、制定可靠性测试方案、检验规范及作业指导书，组织产品测试并出具报告，确认产品是否符合量产条件。
4、与研发、生产等部门协作，推动质量目标达成，参与客诉问题分析并回复8D报告，确保质量要求贯穿产品生命周期。‌‌

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，电子、机械、质量管理等相关专业优先；
2、3年以上研发质量或相关岗位经验，熟悉产品开发流程（如IPD、NPI）及质量工具（APQP、PPAP、FMEA等）
3、逻辑思维清晰，擅长风险识别与数据分析；沟通协调能力强，能推动跨部门协作。
4.熟悉连接器产品,如Type C 、弹片优先。
