1、协助公司EHS负责人统筹开展公司EHS工作、建立公司EHS组织架构；
2、制定公司年度EHS目标计划，监督目标达成情况；
3、EHS管理体系文件的编制、修订和宣贯工作，组织EHS危险源的识别与控制和EHS合规性评价工作；
4、协助财务部门对EHS资金投入和有效使用进行监督；
5、负责制定公司EHS培训计划；
6、监督特种作业人员、消防控制室操作人员等参训和复训情况并组织实施；
7、组织月度EHS会议；
8、开展和监督EHS履职检查，组织开展EHS月度检查、节前检查及专项检查，监督各部门日周EHS检查开展情况。及推进各类检查的EHS问题整改，降低安全风险；
9、组织各部门开展EHS事故事件应急管理工作，应急演练报告等工作，负责突发事件的调查处理；
10、环保设施设备的监督、排放，应急、环保、安全设备设施的节能减排管理；
11、协助各部门常规EHS监管，及政府部门的EHS监管。

任职要求：
1、安全、环境或相关专业，大专学历及以上,有三年以上工作经历EHS相关工作经验;
2、熟悉工业工程及质量、环境、安全管理体系等运行知识；
3、具有安全工程师任职资质优先，熟悉国家安全法律法规以及当地环保政策；
4、有较强的团队精神，工作积极主动，责任心强，诚实正直，有较强的沟通交流能力。
