岗位职责：
1. 负责公司构建系统相关脚本的开发与维护，包括自动打包、日志采集分析、版本发布流程等；
2. 参与爬虫类工具开发，实现外部或内部数据的采集、清洗与结构化处理；
3. 搭建并维护自动化测试框架，支撑产品持续迭代，提升交付效率与质量；
4. 与产品、运营等部门协作，开发流程自动化工具，提升整体业务效率；
5. 编写并维护相关的技术文档、测试文档，对现有流程与工具链进行持续优化和升级。
任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的编程基础和良好的代码规范意识；
2、3年以上Python开发经验，熟悉自动化脚本编写及工具链开发，有构建系统或CI/CD相关经验优先；
3、熟悉Linux环境与Shell/Perl等脚本语言，掌握Jenkins、GitLab CI等持续集成工具；
4、具备自动化测试框架搭建经验，熟练使用pytest、Selenium、Scrapy等工具进行测试与数据采集；
5、具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，能快速定位并处理复杂构建与部署问题；
6、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能与产品、运营、测试多角色高效配合；
7、有中台系统、DevOps、微服务、容器化部署（Docker/K8s）经验者优先。
