任职要求：
1. 具有2年以上的PCB各类器件手工焊接及返修工作经验。
2. 精通各种贴片、插件元器件等焊接工艺。材料和设备的选择、使用和维护，熟悉焊接的标准和法规。
3. 熟悉STM回流焊接工艺。
4. 熟悉各类焊接及辅助工具，熟悉焊点标准，并识别虚焊，连锡等不良品分析改善。
5. 有J品/精密电子从业经验优先。
