岗位职责：
1. 负责非标设备机械结构设计，包括电机、气动等工厂自动化零件的选型设计；
2. 负责电子类产品机箱外壳设计；
3. 协助项目经理做好方案设计，参与研发项目各阶段，提出合理化建议；
4. 全程参与设备设计、生产、安装、改进、调试等相关工作；
5. 按照公司产品研发流程要求编写技术文件、文档（包括BOM、图纸、说明书等）；
6. 负责新产品的设计开发；
7. 负责整体项目方案的制定和把控，关键风险点的分析和解决；
8. 完成公司安排的临时性工作。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，机械设计、结构设计或自动化相关专业，5年以上机械结构设计经验；
2. 熟练掌握机械设计专业软件AutoCAD, SolidWorks，inventor，熟练使用Office等办公软件；
3. 具备良好的逻辑思维、学习创新能力，具备现场解决问题的能力，具备团队协作能力，抗压能力；
4. 能适应偶尔加班及短期出差至现场进行设备优化调试。
