职位描述：
1、负责公司平台的核心业务功能模块的设计、开发与迭代维护。
2、分析业务需求，独立完成技术方案设计、编写，充分考虑与内外部系统的接口对接方案
3、根据产品需求和项目计划，高效承担开发任务，保质保量按时完成目标，保障产品顺利上线
4、持续对现有系统进行重构和优化，编写高质量、易维护的代码
5、协助解决线上客户系统问题，并提供必要的技术支持

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，有JAVA开发实习经验优先；
2、JAVA基础知识扎实，熟悉J2EE基础开发技术，熟悉JDK核心API，如IO、并发、集合。
3、熟练掌握SSM（Spring, SpringMVC, Mybatis）框架及其核心思想，熟悉SpringBoot微服务框架；
4、熟悉MySQL数据库开发，具备SQL优化能力，熟悉视图、存储过程等高级特性的应用、熟悉Redis、MongoDB等一种或多种NoSQL数据库;
5、了解JavaScript，掌握jquery知识及具备jsp开发，具有VUE相关实习经验者优先；
6、具备良好的接口设计与对接能力，有Restful API开发经验，熟悉HTTP/HTTPS等网络协议
7、具备良好的编码习惯，结构清晰，命名规范，逻辑性强，代码冗余率低；
8、做事风格踏实严谨，责任心强，对交付的工作质量有极高的要求。
9、认真负责、积极主动，具备良好的团队沟通与协作能力，具备一定抗压能力、接受加班。
