工作职责：1、负责产品中核心功能的代码实现；解决产品中的关键问题和技术难题；
2、负责产品结构分析，可以提出系统架构整体设计，数据库存储设计方案，指导其他工程师的设计开发工作；
3、熟悉软件开发规范，编写相应的技术文档，并对通用技术进行整理，提高技术复用，并编写软件使用说明书；
4、参与开发中重要技术问题攻关。

岗位要求：1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年及以上工作经验，精通Java语言，熟练掌握面向对象程序的设计、开发，熟悉基于JVM的动态语言、函数式语言开发者更佳；
2、熟悉TCP/HTTP(S)/WebService/RESTful等集成交互技术以及分布式、API网关等集群架构优先;
3、熟悉响应式、异步交互开发，了解主流服务端技术栈(Spring Cloud/Vert.x/Quarkus等）;
4、具备实际的高并发、高负载项目开发经验;具备丰富的生成问题解决经验;
5、思路清晰，性格开朗，有较强的沟通能力、应变和解决问题的能力以及归纳总结能力；
6、曾在大型/复杂项目承担主要设计编码工作，制造型企业ERP系统开发经验优先；
7、具备软件架构设计或软件算法开发能力。
