5.掌握Docker容器化部署、Kubernetes 集群管理，熟悉 Jenkins/GitLab CI实现持续集成/持续部署（CI/CD）。
6.能独立完成项目从代码构建、测试到生产环境的全流程部署，具备服务器运维（Nginx/Apache 配置、日志分析）经验。
7.3年以上企业级Java系统开发经验，有智能制造、工业物联网领域经验者优先。
8.熟悉工厂数字化流程优先（如 MES/WMS 系统、设备互联、数据采集与分析）。
