岗位职责:
1.负责系统架构整体设计与核心代码开发，包括应用系统架构设计、开发框架搭建、开发规范制定，核心算法编写，指导开发团队进行业务模块代码编写；
2.与团队合作，确保软件质量、性能和安全性符合标准；
3.优化现有软件解决方案，提高系统稳定性和用户体验；
4.解决软件开发过程中的技术难题，提升产品性能；
5.保持与行业技术趋势的同步，不断探索新技术。

任职资格：
1）计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，五年以上开发经验，扎实的Java开发基础和前端开发能力；
2）具备良好的沟通能力，能独立完成项目研发任务，熟悉Spring、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、Mybatise、VUE等开源框架；
3）具备良好的文档编写能力，如架构文档、设计文档等；
4）有责任感、积极进取，能承受工作压力，具备良好的服务意识和团队合作精神。
5）熟悉计划管理、仓储管理、运输管理、质量管控业务的基本逻辑和规则，有三年以上APS/TMS/WMS/QMS等系统实施经验优先；
6）有Devops、CI/CD相关项目经验优先；
7）具备独立开发和维护前后端分离的后台管理系统全栈工程师能力者优先。
