岗位职责
1. 牵头*软件项目从立项、需求分析、设计开发、测试验证到交付验收的全流程推进，对交付结果负责。
2. 制定项目计划，明确各阶段里程碑、任务分工与时间节点，协调解决研发过程中的技术、资源、进度冲突。
3. 组织技术团队开展架构设计、技术选型和难点攻关，审核核心技术方案，承担核心代码开发。
4. 统筹协调项目所需的人员、设备、经费等资源，合理分配任务，开展技术培训和绩效考核管理。
5. 对接客户、军方代表、外协单位，做好需求沟通、进度汇报和协作协调。
6. 识别项目研发过程中的技术风险、进度风险、保密风险，及时处理研发技术故障、质量缺陷和合规问题。

任职要求
1、计算机或通信工程专业，统招本科及以上学历，5年以上软件开发经验；
2、具有扎实的Java功底，了解JVM的原理，熟悉主流框架和设计模式，具备多线程、分布式、网络等方面的编程能力；
3、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式缓存、消息、负载均衡等机制和实现，掌握微服务基本理论；
4、熟悉数据库理论，能熟练使用两种以上主流数据库进行设计、开发与性能调优；
5、熟悉国产自主可控生态，有适配经验；
6、熟悉电磁频谱管理、通信或雷达侦测、信号分析等领域知识，有相关项目开发经验；
7、有大数据、AI等开发经验者优先；
8、有研发团队管理经验者优先。
