一，岗位职责：
1，参与项目需求分析，进行系统框架和核心模块的详细设计。
2，根据项目开发进度和任务分配，开发相应的软件模块。
3，根据公司技术文档规范编写相应的技术文档。
4，负责公共服务平台的系统分析和架构设计，通过对现有系统的分析，确定系统架构方案，对各个子系统完成架构搭建。
5，分析系统瓶颈，解决各种疑难杂症，对系统进行性能调优。
二，任职资格：
1，熟练掌握java语言。
2，熟练使用Spring,springMVC,Mybatis, springBoot.
3，熟练编写sql，熟练掌握以下数据库中致少一种：SqlServer,MySQL.
4，熟悉WEB相关知识(如HTML,JAVASCRIPT, CSS等).
5，熟悉应用服务器的部署与配置。
6，对设计模式有了解。
7，熟练使用SVN,Maven,git等。
三，能力素质要求：
1，有责任心，有良好的沟通能力，能够加班及承担一定的工作压力。
2，计算机相关专业，热爱软件开发，喜欢钻研新技术并能够运用到项目中去。3，服从工作安排及较强的执行力。
4，有GIS开发经验，水利项目开发经验优先考虑，有团队管理经验优先考虑，有互联网开发经验的优先考虑。
