1、负责本场客户以及工程中心的封装需求评估、产品工程导入、资料整理、归档；
2、参与定义工程批产品封测工艺规范并监督落实执行；
3、负责工程批试制的跟踪，协助解决试制中出现的技术、封装质量问题；
4、负责安排工程批相关可靠性实验需求并跟进结果；
5、负责汇总整理工程批封装验证报告；
6、参与工程批产品封装失效分析、协助对量产批产品中的封装良率异常进行分析；
7、积极采用新原料、新工艺封装代加工产品，缩短封装时间，降低封装成本；
8、积极向部门经理汇报本部门的真实情况和有关数据；
9、发现问题，提出合理化建议。

任职要求：
1、本科学历，封装技术或集成电路技术等专业；
2、有PMP或同类证书者、半导体封装行业工作经验优先。
