岗位职责:
1、参与工程产品转初期量产会议，确认工程输出BOM，检查确认转初期量产时指示单内容；
2、负责跟进初期量产的生产制程，确认初期量产产品的投料生产情况，并跟踪具体流向，及时反馈并催促；
3、负责巡查确认初期量产在各工序的生产情况，负责询问PE、OP、QC记录对象与结果，如有异常，记录问题点，并推动责任部门/人员进行改善，并追踪改善结果；
4、负责确认产品在工程批阶段的问题确认，追责并改善，跟踪改善结果；
5、负责确认工程品转初期量产时的提出注意事项的落实结果，负责及时输出结果给相关部门；
6、负责确认初期量产批在各工序的良率情况，如有异常，需要明确具体项目并跟进及改善措施；
7、负责确认过程输出的机台型号、tool型号在初期量产阶段是否得到传承使用；
8、负责维护初期量产产品生产过程输出资料，并确认产品初期量产期间问题的解决，完成转量产资料收集并发起转量产会议，直至产品转入量产阶段。
任职要求：
1、大专或以上学历，电子封装技术或集成电路技术等专业；
2、半导体封装行业工作经验优先，学历要求可放宽至大专；
3、沟通能力良好，能适应加班需要。
