【岗位职责】
1、四班两运转或三班倒轮岗故障处理，记录故障原因与解决方案，定期总结分析以采取预防措施；
2、定期对业务系统、数据库进行巡检和性能调优，对数据库和系统配置文件进行全量备份，检查系统日志，发现并解决系统错误、数据丢失等异常情况，维护详细的维护记录（包括故障处理、系统更新等）；
3、编写和维护各类运维文档脚本；
4、根据员工岗位职责分配系统权限，为普通用户提供操作操作技能和新功能培训。
【任职要求】
1、大专或以上学历，计算机、软件等相关专业；
3、熟练掌握JAVA、C#、Python等至少一种编程语言；熟悉数据库原理和SQL原因，熟练使用至少一种关系型数据库（如SQL Server，Oracle）和非关系型数据库（如MongoDB,Redis）；熟悉常用的数据结构和算法，具备一定的编程基础；了解软件开发的基本流程和方法，具备一定的项目经验；
4、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协助精神；对新技术有浓厚的兴趣，善于学习和钻研，有良好的抗压能力，较强的解决问题能力。
