岗位职责
1、负责储蓄国债（电子式）及记账式国债交易系统从传统Oracle架构向OceanBase (OB) 及其他信创体系的全栈迁移。
2、主导核心账务模块改造，确保认购、提前兑取、计息、质押及兑付在分布式数据库环境下的数据强一致性与零差错。
3、负责acle → 国产数据库的异构数据迁移，完成复杂存储过程、触发器的改写及SQL性能深度调优。
4、设计高可用的分布式数据库方案，解决国债发行高峰期的高并发抢购与日终海量批处理性能瓶颈。
5、对接人行/中债登接口，输出信创验收文档，确保系统通过监管合规审查。
任职要求
1.根据项目安排能接受出差，薪资11k-18k。
2.计算机科学相关专业本科(统招)及以上学历。。
3、必须具备银行核心/信贷/支付/国债等金融系统背景，纯互联网背景勿投。
4、精通acle 数据库架构、PL/SQL 开发及性能调优。
5、精通 OceanBase (OB)，熟悉其分布式架构（Zone/Partition/Paxos），具备acle 迁移至 OB 的实战经验。
6、熟悉其他国产库：熟悉达梦(DM)、GaussDB、人大金仓(Kingbase) 等主流国产数据库中至少一种，能处理异构语法差异及OMS数据同步。
7、熟悉 OBProxy、OCP 管理平台者优先。
8、开发能力：扎实的 Java 功底，精通 Spring Boot/Cloud 微服务框架，熟悉多线程与分布式事务控制。
9、熟悉国债业务规则（如分档利率计算、持仓余额管理）者优先；若无国债经验，需具备极强的核心账务系统逻辑思维。
10、熟悉国产操作系统（麒麟/统信）及中间件（东方通/宝兰德）。
11、持有 OBCP/OBCA 证书；有 TB级以上核心交易系统数据迁移经验；熟悉国密算法（SM2/3/4）在金融报文中的应用。
