岗位职责：
1、负责BA软件的日常操作。（包括软件登入/注销，图形跳转，参数等设置的应需调整，查看趋势、报警、时间表设定，历史数据备份导出等）。
2、负责员工加班开关灯空调、空调温度调节等需求的及时处理。
3、负责BA值班记录的制作/交接并及时与BA工程师汇报沟通。
4、负责BA系统重要运行参数的记录并及时与BA工程师汇报沟通。
5、负责值班期间BA系统运行正常，能对一般故障进行原因判断，对于发现的运行异常应及时记录并及时与BA工程师沟通以进行问题处理。
6、基于BA系统日常操作发现的功能不足提供优化建议。
7、协助BA工程师监督值班期间维保单位的工作实施。
8、协助其他专业工程师查看对方需要的BA运行数据及合理操作。
9、完成上级分配的其他各种工作。
岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，暖通、自动化、机电类工科专业，必须持有特种作业操作证（低压电工证）并在有效期内，有高压证优先
2、有相关霍尼韦尔、江森或西门子等楼宇自控系统的操作经验，或暖通及电气系统的监控及维护经验
3、熟悉楼宇自控系统组成、基本原理、建筑设施各系统关键运行参数、报警以及处理流程及方法
工作时间：8:30-20:30/20:30-8:30 （5天11小时两班倒）
包住、缴纳东莞社保、免费夜宵、带薪年假、超出5天8小时额外算加班费
