5、跨部门协作支持：对接研发、生产等部门，提供数据库技术支持，推动业务团队规范使用数据库，开展技术培训提升全员数据意识。
6、制度建设与合规管理：建立完善数据库运维制度、操作规范与安全标准，开展安全审计与风险评估，满足行业合规要求。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业；
2、具有5年以上数据库运维工作经验，其中2年团队管理经验，有半导体行业DBA工作经验者优先；
3、精通Oracle、MySQL等主流关系型数据库，熟悉Redis、MongoDB等非关系型数据库，具备架构设计、性能优化、故障排查经验；
4、掌握数据库集群搭建、数据同步、容灾备份等技术，能独立制定并实施相关方案。
