一、岗位职责
1.负责BS架构工业软件后端开发与维护，完成高质量、高性能的代码实现；
2.参与系统需求分析、技术方案设计与评审；
3.优化系统性能，解决开发过程中的技术难题；
4.编写相关技术文档；
5.与产品、测试、运维等团队协作，推动项目高效交付。

二、任职要求
1.具备良好的政治素质，工作责任心强，态度端正，人际沟通及协调能力较强，有团队协作精神，对*事业怀有热情、肯干事、愿担当；
2.*学历为全日制硕士研究生及以上学历，电子工程、计算机等相关专业；
3、具备扎实的计算机编程基础，包括算法、数据结构、计算机网络等领域基础知识；
4、熟悉前后端分离的开发模式，3年以上Java开发工作经验；
5、熟练使用MySql、Oracle、SQL SERVER等至少一种主流数据库，并具有一定的数据库优化经验；
6、熟悉Spring、SpringMVC、SpringBoot、Mybatis、Hibernate等开源技术框架；
7、熟悉Linux操作系统常用命令，具备软件系统独立部署的能力；
8、熟悉软件开发工具及过程文档编制要求；
9、熟悉SVN、GIT、MAVEN的使用。
