岗位职责：
体系建设与标准制定
1.牵头搭建统一的 EHS 管理框架，包括规章制度、流程标准（如风险评估、应急管理、作业许可等），并推动各工厂落地执行。
2.根据法规更新及公司业务变化，动态修订 EHS 标准体系，为各工厂提供明确的执行依据。
3.EHS内外部审核和法律发挥的符合性审核；
EHS战略及文化
1.基于公司发展战略，制定 EHS 中长期战略规划和安全绩效，分解年度 EHS目标并跟踪协调资源推动落地，确保与法律法规、行业标准及集团经营目标匹配。
2. 构建集团安全文化体系，为各工厂安全文化建设提供方向和标准；
3. 建立安全文化评估体系，促进安全文化在组织内的协同发展。
专业支持与赋能
1.组建协调公司EHS专家库，为各工厂提供EHS专业支持。
2.通过定期检查、专项督查、审计等方式，监督各工厂对 EHS 制度的执行情况，确保合规运营。
3.统筹识别集团层面的重大 EHS 风险，推动建立风险分级管控机制；督促各工厂落实隐患排查治理，跟踪重大隐患整改情况。
4. 建立集团 EHS 事故报告、调查处理机制，对重大事故组织调查，分析原因并督促整改，防止同类事故重复发生；
5. 组织集团级 EHS 培训，提升各级管理人员和员工的 EHS 意识与专业技能；培养 EHS 专业团队，为各工厂提供技术支持。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上，安全工程、环境工程、化工等相关专业；
2、精通 EHS 相关法规及国际标准，具备体系搭建、标准制定、风险建模等专业能力；
3、掌握 COE 运作逻辑，能有效输出专业工具（如风险评估矩阵、合规清单）并推动落地；
4、8 年以上 EHS 管理经验，其中至少 3 年集团级 EHS 体系搭建或 COE 功能相关经验；有大型制造业集团工作经历者优先
5、持有注册安全工程师、ISO45001/14001 审核员等证书；具备应急管理师、环境影响评价工程师资质者优先。
