4. 熟悉工业废水、循环水、纯水、中水回用等主流水处理工艺与设备。
5. 了解水处理药剂（絮凝剂、阻垢缓蚀剂、杀菌剂、次氯酸钠、乙酸钠等）性能、投加方式、单耗管控及应用场景。
6. 看懂水质检测指标、运行台账、工艺流程图，能初步判断水质异常、设备故障原因。
7. 掌握商务流程：报价、合同拟定、对账、开票、回款、招投标基础流程。
8. 可独立完成现场勘查、需求调研、简易技术方案与运维方案制作。
9.加分/优先录用条件：拥有电厂、钢铁、化工、园区污水等工业大客户资源。熟悉当地环保政策、环保检查流程，有迎检配合经验。具备独立操盘整包运维项目、托管运营项目经验。有同行头部企业从业经历。

工作职责
一、市场与客户开发
1. 拓展工业/市政污水、纯水、循环水、中水回用等水处理项目客户，挖掘运维服务、药剂供应、设备维保、托管运营等需求。
2. 拜访客户、需求调研、现场勘查，对接企业行政、生产、安环、设备部等关键对接人，建立长期客情。
3. 跟进招投标、商务谈判、报价、合同拟定与签订，完成公司销售指标。
4. 维护老客户，定期回访，处理客户诉求，推动续约、增项、转介绍。
二、技术方案与售前支持
1. 根据现场水质、工艺、设备工况，出具运维方案、药剂方案、节能改造方案、报价方案。
2. 配合技术部做技术交流、方案讲解、样板参观、现场答疑，解答客户工艺、运维、成本相关问题。
3. 分析水质数据、运行数据，提出优化建议，突出服务与技术优势。
