智能体开发实习生
岗位职责
进行智能体项目的 poc 和实施工作，协助团队进行企业智能体项目的落地
参与智能体应用的需求分析和设计
开发和优化智能体应用，并根据需求进行第三方系统集成
智能体产品和应用开发的培训
技术能力：
具备基本的编程能力，熟悉 Python，Javascript 等
了解大模型基础概念，了解多模态模型，掌握大模型微调，prompt 及工具调用方面的技能
熟悉 RAG 检索增强技术
经验背景：
本科及以上，计算机相关专业优先
具备很强的逻辑分析和推理能力，擅长内外部沟通，能快速抓住重点
