随着DevOps体系的持续深化，DevOps平台已成为支撑多个项目运维自动化、流程标准化的核心载体。当前平台封装了多项自开发适配模块，为进一步提升平台对运维场景的适配性、优化运维操作体验、实现平台功能的自定义增强改造，需补充一名界面优化人员，负责平台相关的自定义适配优化及增强改造工作，以更好地发挥平台效能，保障业务系统迭代发布的稳定高效运行。

（一）岗位职责
- 负责DevOps平台前端界面的自定义适配优化，对现有界面进行个性化改造，提升配置管理与应用发布的效率和体验。
- 承担DevOps平台现有功能模块的前端增强改造工作，实现交互逻辑优化及适配调整。
- 配合运维团队梳理运维场景下的平台使用需求，将需求转化为具体的前端适配改造方案，并落地实施。
- 负责平台前端相关的自定义配置项梳理与优化，提升平台的灵活性和可配置性，支撑运维场景的快速适配。

（二）任职要求
- 具备1-3年相关工作经验。
- 熟悉Vue、React等主流前端框架，具备前端界面适配优化及功能增强改造相关经验。
- 具备较强的问题排查能力，能够快速定位并解决前端在实际使用过程中的适配性问题。
- 了解DevOps相关理念及运维基础工作流程，能够准确理解运维场景下的平台改造需求。
- 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够高效处理改造任务落地。
