【工作职责】
1、负责和参与产品研发工作，涉及大数据运营开发、容量管理系统、0S自动化、配置管理系统等领域相关服务代码开发，能够与团队共同高质量交付产品;

【任职要求】
1、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，精通 Python 和 Golang 开发，具备扎实的数据结构、算法及后端架构设计能力；
2、具备丰富的 DevOps 运维开发经验，熟悉 Linux 操作系统、Shell/Python 脚本；
4、熟悉运维开发工作，对通过技术手段解决运维痛点、提升系统稳定性有强烈的自驱力；
5、深入了解大模型（LLM）基本原理，熟悉 OpenClaw 及主流 AI Agent/Skill 开发框架；
6、熟悉 Kubernetes、Docker、Prometheus、Grafana、Jenkins/GitLab CI 等主流 DevOps 工具链；
7、具备极强的学习能力（能快速跟进AI前沿技术），良好的团队协作精神，以及面对复杂系统问题时的排查与解决能。
