岗位描述：
1、负责公司财务体系的搭建、优化与日常管理，主导建立健全财务制度、内控流程及标准化体系；
2、负责公司财务管理工作，包括但不限于成本控制、全面预算管理、会计核算、审计监察等，确保财务运作合规高效；
3、系统开展财务风险评估，完善内部控制机制，强化财务风险与费用支出的审核与管控；
4、负责公司预算、财务收支计划、决算报表及重大财务报告的审核工作，保障财务信息真实、准确、完整；
5、负责投资项目财务尽调、投后财务管理及资金统筹调配，支持公司战略投资与资本运作；
6、负责对外财务信息披露管理，对接外部审计、监管机构等相关工作；
7、负责财务团队建设、人才培养与绩效管理，提升团队专业水平与业务支撑能力；
8、高效协调内外部资源，维护与重要客户、合作伙伴及股东单位的良好关系；
9、完成上级交办的其他财务类工作。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融等相关专业，45岁以下，5年以上国有企业财务经理或同级管理岗位经验；
2、持有中级会计师及以上职称，CPA、ACCA等专业资格者优先；
3、熟悉财务管理、财务分析、投融资管理、财税法规及企业内控体系，具备扎实的专业功底；
4、具有较强的团队管理、跨部门沟通与协同能力，能有效推动业财融合；
5、具备高度责任心、执行力强，具备良好的抗压能力和职业操守；
6、思维严谨，判断力强，善于沟通；
7、中共党员，具有国有企业财务管理经验，信息安全、网络安全或高科技行业背景者优先考虑。。
