职责描述：
1、负责制定、推行及持续优化公司的信息安全策略、管理制度和流程，完善公司信息安全管理体系，确保其有效运行。
2、定期对公司各业务活动进行信息安全风险评估，组织开展漏洞扫描及合规性评估，跟踪各项合规要求的落实情况，督促对标整改，并牵头负责信息系统等级保护测评工作的开展。
3、按照上级单位要求及时处置、汇总、审核和上报信息安全工作，保障公司系统安全运营。
4、建立并维护安全事件应急响应机制，及时处理信息安全事件，进行调查并出具报告。
5、组织设计并实施信息安全意识培训课程，通过多种渠道开展安全宣导，推动全员安全文化的形成。
6、推动跨部门安全工作的落地，对关键供应商的信息安全行为进行评估和管理。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，信息安全、计算机等相关专业优先，拥有3年以上金融机构信息安全管理或相关工作经验。
2、熟悉ISO27001、等级保护2.0等信息安全标准和框架，具备风险评估、安全审计、安全加固等方面的实践经验，熟悉网络安全法、银行保险机构数据安全管理办法、个人信息保护法等相关法律法规。
3、具备出色的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，有较强的学习能力、工作认真细致，具备良好的IT审计能力与险识别能力。
