- 了解微服务架构设计理念，熟悉服务注册与发现、配置中心、熔断降级、负载均衡等核心组件的使用与原理。
2. 核心能力要求（必备）
- 具备3年以上Java后端项目实战经验，有中大型分布式、高并发项目开发或维护经验者优先；
- 具备扎实的系统优化能力，能独立进行接口性能、数据库性能、服务性能调优，有实际调优落地案例；
- 具备良好的问题排查能力，能快速定位并解决开发、测试、线上环境的技术故障（如接口异常、数据库慢查询、服务宕机等）；
- 熟悉Java开发工程化，掌握Maven/Gradle构建工具、Git版本控制，了解CI/CD流程及自动化部署相关工具；
- 了解Web安全相关知识，熟悉XSS、CSRF、SQL注入等常见安全漏洞，掌握后端防护方案，有等保测评相关经验者优先。
