工作内容：
1、协助硬件工程师进行Layout可行性评估；
2、独立完成符合产品性能要求的PCB layout 布局和布线设计；
3、PCB元件标准封装的建立以及元件库的创建和维护；
4、确认PCB制作中的工程、工厂生产制造问题并提出改善建议，同时根据各领域提出的的建议配合更改设计；
5、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

岗位职责：
1、有三年以上PCB设计相关经验，有千兆网口、DDR设计经验优先；
2、熟悉PCB叠层结构以及工艺流程，熟悉布线阻抗的原理和计算；
3、能熟练使用相关软件（AltiumDesigner、Cadence、Mentor）；
4、对EMI、电源完整性、信号完整性有一定认识；
5、较强的学习能力和沟通能力，较强的团队合作意识，能够配合相关部门完成工作；
6、执行力强、工作无借口，工作积极主动、头脑灵活、思维敏捷，办事不拖拉，工作讲求质量和效率。
