岗位职责：
1.负责监控车间是否按操作规程进行操作，重点监控生产过程中关键操作和工艺参数，发现偏差应及时制止和上报。
2.负责核对物料或中间产品的名称、代码、批号和数量，确保生产所用物料或中间产品正确且符合要求。
3.负责中间产品审核放行，坚持不合格的中间产品不得流入下道工序。
4.负责监控生产过程中的不合格品是否按规定处理，并有记录；
5.负责对厂房设施及生产设备的维护保养、状态标识、清洁灭菌等进行监控，确保在符合要求条件下生产；
6.检查物料平衡情况，如有异常应进行调查分析。收集生产数据，完成质量日报；
7.配合生产工艺改进工作，提高药品研发的质量控制工作。
任职要求：
1.接受过与GMP和质量保证有关的培训，能独立履行职责；
2.有从事药品生产和质量管理的实践经验；
3.药学、制药工程及相关专业。
