1、参与销售项目的全过程，协助客户经理完成商务洽谈和项目方案设计；
2、承接并分析B端企业用户的商业信息及需求，制定相应的运营方案；保证项目顺利开展，提高运作效率，实现大项目的规范化，流程化管理，促进客户产出化；
3、定期分析客户数据，优化产品，不断提升大客户的服务质量水平、持续提升客户的满意度，提高客户价值；
4、客户需求的深度挖掘和销售潜力的渗透拉升；
5、客户关系的日常维护与加深。
任职资格:
1、具有4年或者以上的大客户运营经验；
2、思维活跃，心思缜密，工作条理性强，善于对内对外的沟通；
3、良好的谈判技巧、表达能力和数据分析能力，逻辑思路清晰，条理分明，善于理清复杂流程；
4、具备以目标为导向和以客户为导向的思维；
5、有熟练使用word、excel、PPT、visio等办公软件为客户定制专业解决方案的经历。
6、善于演讲，表达，内外部资源整合并且抗压能力强。
