岗位职责
1.系统编译与定制：负责基于 ARM 平台的 AOSP 或 OpenHarmony 系统编译、裁剪与分支管理，维护执法记录仪专用 ROM；
2.底层驱动适配：负责 Camera（多路摄像头）、Audio（双麦降噪）、GPS/北斗定位、PTT 拨片及 SOS 按键等外设的驱动调试与 HAL 层优化；
3. Framework 层定制：定制 SystemUI、锁屏及系统状态栏，优化系统启动速度（Boot Time）与关机充电逻辑；
5.稳定性与功耗攻坚：负责解决录像丢帧、音画不同步、设备过热降频及长时间待机下的功耗异常等系统瓶颈问题；
6.安全与国产化集成：负责底层存储加密、TF 卡加密逻辑实现，合入国产化加解密算法（SM2/3/4），对接鸿蒙分布式安全能力。

任职资格
1.经验背景：3 年以上 Android 系统或嵌入式 Linux 开发经验，本科及以上学历；有手机、对讲机、执法记录仪等移动终端产品经验者优先；
2.核心平台经验：熟练掌握瑞芯微 (Rockchip)、联发科 (MTK) 或紫光展锐 (Unisoc) 等至少一种芯片平台的系统开发与调试；
3.音视频功底：熟悉 Android 音视频架构（MediaServer / AudioFlinger），理解 H.264/H.265 硬编硬解流程，具备处理音视频同步问题的实战经验；
4.鸿蒙/OpenHarmony 能力：
熟悉 OpenHarmony HDF 驱动框架及 Ability 调度机制；
有 NAPI 开发经验，能实现原生 C++ 模块与 ArkTS 层的高效通信；
5.底层调试技能：精通 ADB、Systrace、Perfetto、Bugreport 分析，能通过内核日志（Dmesg）和 Tombstone 准确定位系统崩溃及硬件掉线原因；
6.加分项：
熟悉 GB28181 协议在移动端的实现流程者优先；
熟悉 Android SELinux 策略定制及文件系统加密（FBE/FDE）者优先；
有低功耗优化或极速开机（Quick Boot）优化方案落地经验者优先。
