岗位职责：
1. 负责小家电产品的PCB Layout设计，包括多层板、高密度板的布局、布线及阻抗匹配等工作，确保PCB满足电气性能、散热、EMC/EMI及生产工艺要求。
2. 与硬件/结构/电子工程师紧密协作，参与项目需求评审、原理图审查，根据电路原理和结构约束完成PCB方案设计与优化。
3. 主导电动工具、大功率家电类产品的PCB可制造性、可测试性设计，对接PCB厂、SMT厂解决样板打样、试产过程中的工艺问题，保障产品顺利量产。
4. 负责设计文档的规范化输出，包括PCB版图、Gerber文件、BOM表、装配图、设计规范等，确保设计资料完整可追溯。
5. 参与硬件电路调试与问题分析，针对Layout导致的信号完整性、电源稳定性、散热等问题提出改进方案并落地执行。

任职要求：
1. 统招大专、本科专业，电子类相关专业。
2. 3年及以上硬件/PCB Layout相关工作经验。
3. 精通Altium Designer，能独立完成单/双/4多层板的完整设计流程。
4. 熟悉PCB设计规范，掌握EMC/EMI设计、电源完整性、信号完整性、散热设计等核心原则，具备大功率电路Layout经验者优先。
5. 熟悉PCB生产工艺流程（如CAM/Gerber制作、阻抗控制、SMT贴片要求），能与工厂高效沟通解决工艺问题。
