岗位职责：
负责公司各系统的java开发及相关工作;
完成研发部主管下发的系统研发工作，能独立完成系统，或系统核心/重要模块的数据库设计及系统设计、编码、单元测试;
能独立解决开发中遇到的难点问题，关注项目进度，能够和其他核心人员一起完成项目研发保证进度
严格遵守相关开发工具的编码规范，参与软件维护、运营过程中技术问题的解决;
对各部门提出的产品的升级和错误修订需求，迅速反应，提供良好的技术支持服务，同时对响应的软件产品进行必要的升级工作;
保护公司系统的数据安全，代码安全。负责相关技术文档的编写，定期提交公司要求的相关年、月、日计划和总结;
努力学习公司制度和企业文化，提高自身职业素养和业务水平，为公司新的软件产品的研发提出有效的意见、为公司现有软件产品提出有效的改良意见 ;
任职要求：
本科及以上学历，3年以上Java开发经验，有物流系统开发项目经验,大数据处理工作经验优先；
Java基础扎实，熟悉JVM原理熟练掌握数据库原理、常见的性能调优和可扩展性设计；
熟练掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、JPA的微服务架构，对Java技术生态有较深入了解；
熟悉掌握MySQL、Postgres等关系型数据库，熟练Redis、MongoDB等NoSQL数据库；
熟悉软件工程开发管理, 包括敏捷开发管理, 代码管理, 缺陷管理, 代码评审, 测试工程, 持续集成等；
积极主动，善于沟通；学习能力强，乐于钻研，关注于新技术的发展与尝试。
